Welcome to TalentGro LMS (https://talentgrolms.com), operated by TalentGro Global Private Limited (https://talentgroglobal.com). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TalentGro LMS platform, including courses, workshops, masterclasses, and other services.

By accessing or using TalentGro LMS, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

TalentGro LMS provides free and paid courses, workshops, and masterclasses for individuals, students, professionals, schools, colleges, and universities.

2. User Accounts & Registration

1. Eligibility: Anyone can register, including students, professionals, employers, and educators.
2. Age Restriction: There is no age restriction, but minors (under 18) must obtain parental consent before purchasing paid courses. TalentGro Global is not responsible for purchases made by minors without parental consent.
3. One Account per Person: Users must not create multiple accounts. If detected, all accounts will be terminated without refunds, and certifications will be void.
4. Account Sharing: Strictly prohibited. Sharing accounts will lead to immediate suspension without refund.
5. Forgot Password: Users can reset their password from their dashboard.
6. Account Deletion: Users must email contact@talentgroglobal.com with the subject “Delete TalentGro LMS Account” and provide a reason.

3. Payment, Pricing & Refunds

1. Payment Gateway: All payments are processed via Razorpay. We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
2. Pricing Models: We offer one-time purchases and subscription-based plans.
3. Refund Policy:
   • Refunds are allowed within 3 days of purchase.
   • Users must request a refund via email (contact@talentgroglobal.com) with the subject “Refund Needed for TalentGro LMS” explaining why they seek a refund.
   • Refunds are subject to approval and processed within 3-4 business days via Razorpay.
4. Subscription Cancellation: Users cannot pause their subscription but can cancel it at any time.

4. Course Content, Ownership & Copyright

1. Course Ownership: All courses and materials on TalentGro LMS are the property of TalentGro Global Private Limited.
2. Trainer Partnerships: Trainers who publish courses on TalentGro LMS transfer content ownership to TalentGro Global.
3. Downloadable Resources: Some courses provide downloadable learning materials. Users may download but must not distribute, resell, or share.
4. Copyright Protection: Unauthorized distribution or sharing of course content will result in account termination.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

By using TalentGro LMS, users must not:

• Engage in plagiarism or content theft.
• Harass instructors or other learners.
• Share course access or certifications fraudulently.
• Attempt to copy, resell, or distribute course materials.
• Use false information to obtain certifications.

Violation of these policies may result in account termination without refund and legal action.

6. User-Generated Content

1. Users can submit assignments, comments, and feedback.
2. Users cannot create their own courses. However, if a user wants to become a trainer, they can email contact@talentgroglobal.com.
3. TalentGro Global reserves the right to remove any inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.

7. Data Collection & Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect: We collect name, phone number, email, location, and other relevant details for service improvements and marketing.
2. How We Use Your Data:
   • To enhance course recommendations
   • To notify users about new courses and offers
   • To improve user experience through analytics
3. No Spamming Policy: We do not spam users. You can opt-out of marketing emails anytime.
4. Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell user data. However, payment data is handled securely by Razorpay.
5. Data Deletion: Users can request data deletion by emailing contact@talentgroglobal.com.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

1. No Guarantees on Course Outcomes:
   • We strive to provide high-quality courses, but learning outcomes depend on user effort.
   • We do not guarantee job placement, skill mastery, or career success.
2. Service Availability:
   • We may conduct site maintenance or updates from time to time.
   • We are not responsible for losses due to temporary downtime.
3. Third-Party Integrations: Some courses may include third-party tools, software, or external resources. We do not control these services and are not liable for issues related to them.

9. Account Termination Policy

TalentGro Global may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• A user violates these Terms & Conditions.
• A user engages in illegal or fraudulent activities.
• A user shares or resells LMS content.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Punjab, India.
3. Users must attempt mediation before legal action.

11. Changes to These Terms

TalentGro Global reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of TalentGro LMS after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
