However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided and the process for requesting a refund.
By purchasing any course, workshop, or masterclass on TalentGro LMS, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 3-day refund policy under the following conditions:
✅ One-time Course Purchases:
- Users can request a refund within 3 days of purchase if they are unsatisfied with the course content or experience.
- The refund request must include a valid reason explaining what did not meet expectations.
✅ Subscription-Based Courses:
- Users can request a refund within 3 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable for renewal charges. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the next billing cycle.
✅ Duplicate Payments:
- If a user has been charged twice for the same course, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
❌ More than 3 days have passed since purchase.
❌ The user has completed more than 30% of the course or downloaded significant course material.
❌ Refund requests without a valid reason (e.g., “I changed my mind”).
❌ Failure to check course details before purchasing.
❌ Users violating our Terms & Conditions (e.g., account sharing, content piracy).
❌ Subscription renewals – you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

“Refund Needed for TalentGro LMS”
2️⃣ Include the following details in your email:
- Your Name
- Registered Email ID
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Course Name
- Reason for Refund Request
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds are processed via Razorpay (our payment gateway).
- The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.
Note: Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Cancellation of Subscriptions
- If you have purchased a subscription-based course, you may cancel anytime before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
- Refunds will not be issued for past subscription charges.

TalentGro Global reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our platform after modifications implies acceptance of the new policy.
